Positioning Statement = everything the fans want

Frequency of publication = monthly.

Price = £2.10

Distribution = Newsagents and supermarkets; magazine stands; concerts / gigs; music shops e.g. HMV.

Rationale = The magazine is based around the fans favourite singers / bands. The magazine will give the fans opinions and insights; articles and interview with the fans favourite stars. It is all about what the fans want to read and see.

Style = The style of this magazine is informal and irreverent it covers all the aspects of the different things that the fans want to hear about pop music and the singers / bands that have the pop music genre. The target audience is definitely teenage girls because they are the main people who like pop music. There will be main images to dominant the layout and then also smaller pictures for the different stories.
